We're looking for a
Paid Partnerships Lead
to own and scale our paid influencer strategy. This role will focus on building high-performing partnerships with creators, driving measurable revenue through paid collaborations, and elevating how we show up across social platforms.
Responsibilities:
Execute Cozy Earth's paid influencer/creator strategy across key platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
Identify, source, and negotiate partnerships with creators that align with brand and performance goals
Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including briefing, contracting, timelines, and performance tracking
Optimize campaigns based on performance metrics (ROAS, CAC, engagement, conversion)
Partner closely with Growth Marketing to align paid partnerships with broader acquisition strategy
Collaborate with Creative teams to guide content direction and ensure high-performing deliverables
Build and manage relationships with creators, agencies, and platforms
Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for scale
Other duties as assigned
Skills and Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, paid partnerships, or creator marketing
Strong understanding of performance marketing and how influencer campaigns drive revenue
Experience negotiating contracts and managing paid creator relationships
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance and optimize campaigns
Deep familiarity with social platforms and creator trends
Highly organized with strong project management skills
Collaborative team player who can work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
