Key Responsibilities: Support senior management by overseeing metrics reporting and conducting data mining to inform strategic business decisions. Gather business use cases and identify opportunities for Amazon Devices to harness data for improved business functions through advanced mathematical modeling. Automate reporting for promotional and project launch campaigns, utilizing SQL, ETL, and Oracle to create innovative business intelligence tools and automated reports. Translate complex business issues into mathematical models to provide data-driven solutions and perform statistical analysis using R, SAS, STATA, and SPSS. Establish efficient and scalable processes for extensive data analyses and model development. Identify critical metrics to better understand the business, proactively targeting pain points and opportunities through measured analysis. Present qualitative and quantitative analyses to key stakeholders, blending advanced reporting capabilities with project management expertise. Monitor existing metrics and collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for process and system improvements. Support cross-functional teams in daily execution of program implementations. Lead medium to large-scale operational enhancement projects. Basic Qualifications: Proven experience defining requirements and utilizing data to derive business insights. Proficiency with Excel and experience making business recommendations that influence stakeholders. Experience with SQL and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields. A minimum of 3 years of experience with SQL, ETL, or Oracle. Hands-on experience processing large, multi-dimensional datasets from multiple sources for at least 3 years. Experience developing automated reporting through advanced MS Excel skills, including macros. Preferred Qualifications: MBA or a Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field, along with three years of experience in a relevant role. The base salary range for this position is $118,200.00 - $160,000.00 USD annually, with additional rewards such as sign-on bonuses and restricted stock units (RSUs). Your final compensation will reflect your qualifications and experience.
