Provider Enrollment Specialist

In this role, you’ll facilitate the enrollment of physicians and practitioners. This will include new and existing enrollment applications, revalidation, terminations, ordering, referring, e-prescribing, and reactivation applications for Ronald Reagan-UCLA Medical Center, Santa Monica-UCLA Medical Center, UCLA Medical Group, Durable Medical Equipment, and Ambulatory Surgical Centers. You’ll coordinate the completion of applications with physicians and monitor expiring CLIAs, revalidations, and terminations. You’ll also maintain enrollment in the ECHO One App database.

You will:

Facilitate government enrollment application requests for new physicians Review applications for completeness/accuracy

Notify enrollment providers of documentation requirements

Track and monitor completion of applications by physicians/practitioners in ECHO Database

Audit completed files

Track expired CLIAs, AIA enrollments, provisionally paneled CCS enrollments, mammograms, and re-enrollments

Salary Range: $30.36 - $43.49/Hourly

Qualifications We are seeking a self-motivated, highly organized, analytical professional with:

AA Degree and/or equivalent experience/training

Experience in Provider Enrollment Required. Minimum 2+ years’ experience and knowledge with Medicare, MediCal, out of State Medicaid, CCS, AIA, Medicare RR, and Department of Labor

Required experience with CMS, PECOS and PAVE portals.

Required experience with out of state Medicaid.

Knowledge of submitting applications for DME, ASC, Group and Individual enrollments electronically.

Experience with Echo One App and Care Connect Preferred

Preferred Experience with NPPES enrollments

Preferred experience with out of state Medicaid

Excellent research, analytical, and troubleshooting skills

Knowledge of Adobe and Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel Software programs

Ability to adjust working hours and, if necessary, work overtime to meet the needs of the Office and reporting
