Marketing & Social Media Intern , you will gain hands‑on experience developing digital content and supporting marketing strategies that engage diverse audiences. This role provides exposure to campaign development, content creation, and cross‑departmental collaboration in a creative environment. What You’ll Do
As a Marketing & Social Media Intern, you will support the development and execution of marketing initiatives across digital platforms. Responsibilities include: Marketing Research
Assist with research to inform marketing strategies for exhibitions, programs, and museum initiatives. Social Media Content Creation
Support the development of engaging social media content that promotes museum offerings. Content Scheduling
Assist with scheduling and publishing social media posts. Content Sourcing & Permissions
Identify and secure permissions for user‑generated content and source images and artwork captions from museum archives. Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Work with teams across the museum to create engaging, accessible, and strategic content. What We’re Looking For
Education & Experience Student interested in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field. Interest in arts and culture preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Creative thinking and storytelling ability. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to collaborate across teams. Technical Skills Familiarity with social media platforms and digital content tools. Interest in learning marketing strategy and analytics. Non-Discrimination
