User Acceptance Tester (Digital Banking)
On-site Description
We are seeking a UAT Tester for testing and validating digital banking platforms. The selected candidate will work closely with business analysts, product managers, and developers to design and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) test cases, track defects, produce test reports, and support production readiness. Qualifications
2+ years of experience in UAT testing, preferably within banking or financial services Experience testing online or mobile banking applications and payment systems Familiarity with web, mobile, and API testing Proficiency with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g. Jira, HP ALM, TestRail) Knowledge of digital payment systems (e.g. SWIFT, SEPA, real-time payments) is a plus Familiarity with automation or API testing tools (e.g. Selenium, Postman) is a plus Experience with accessibility testing (WCAG) is a plus WORK CONDITIONS
Employment Type: We welcome both employees and freelancers (but won't consider subcontracting agencies). This is a full-time position for EU citizens residing in Greece. Location: This is an on-site role with required presence at offices in Marousi, Athens. Compensation: Determined based on a combination of qualifications, experience, and the candidate's salary/rate expectations. Working Days: Aligned with the standard Greek work schedule.
