Dining Room Server

Sycamore Glen is a luxury Memory Care and Assisted Living community located in Miamisburg, Ohio. As a Dining Room Server, you’ll play an essential role in creating a five‑star, white‑glove dining experience for our residents. You’ll be responsible for delivering meals efficiently, maintaining cleanliness, and providing friendly, resident‑first service while supporting the overall operations of the Dining Services Department. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with residents, thrives in a hospitality‑driven environment, and takes pride in creating a positive dining experience every day. You’ll work closely with Dining Leadership to ensure trays, tables, and dining areas are prepared, organized, and fully stocked.

Pay:

$14.50 - $16.50 per hour, based on experience

Requirements

Ability to pass a background check, physical, and drug screening

Flexible availability with availability for weekends and holidays as needed
