Job Title: Independent Recruiter Partner (Commission-Based) About Us: Risk Insurance is a technology-driven insurance brokerage focused on modern distribution, performance-based producers, and scalable growth. We are expanding and seeking independent recruiting partners to help source and place high-quality 1099 insurance producers.
Compensation Structure:
10% override on gross commissions generated by producers you place
Paid for the first 12 months of the producer’s tenure
Paid quarterly based on collected revenue
No cap for high-performing placements
This structure rewards quality over volume and aligns incentives with long-term producer performance.
Responsibilities:
Source and vet licensed insurance producers
Target experienced commission-driven AEs and producers
Present qualified candidates aligned with our performance culture
Maintain candidate engagement through onboarding
Qualifications:
Experience recruiting in insurance, financial services, or commission-based sales preferred
Strong network of licensed P&C producers is a plus
Comfortable operating in a performance-based environment
Self-driven and relationship-oriented
Ideal Candidate Profile: We are looking for recruiters who understand 1099 producer models and prioritize long-term placement success over short-term volume.
