JOB OVERVIEW
The West Coast Region Manager leads sales, operations, and business development across Pacific states, focusing on driving revenue, team leadership, and regional strategy. Key duties include managing performance KPIs, mentoring staff, ensuring client satisfaction, and executing corporate strategy, usually requiring 5+ years of multi-site leadership. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute regional plans to meet financial and strategic objectives. Team Management: Recruit, train, and mentor managers and staff; conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching. Operational Oversight: Manage regional P&L, budgeting, and forecasting. Ensure all branches comply with safety regulations and business laws. Sales & Growth: Implement regional sales activities and marketing strategies to increase revenue and market share. Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and vendors within the region. Performance Monitoring: Analyze regional KPIs and market trends to identify opportunities and mitigate risks. LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common information, reports, and other documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or company representatives. Ability to effectively present information to management. PHYSICAL DEMANDS

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate, but increases significantly in warehouse and manufacturing plants. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor Degree in Business or appropriate equivalent from an accredited university. At least 10 years of retail sales experience in the nonalcoholic beverage industry (DSD) Distributor, wholesaler and Natural Channel experience Proven creative, aggressive sales management experience Knowledge of professional selling techniques and use of CRM software strongly preferred Excellent oral and written communications skills (including public speaking) in English. Strong interpersonal, sales presentation and merchandising skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) Results driven, self-motivated Must be well organized and detail oriented. Pass the background, drug test and physical exam Ability and willingness to work a flexible Full Time schedule that may include weekends and holidays. Must be able to travel to various locations in organizational service areas, as required by duties.
