Job Summary:
At North Lake Care Center, we are seeking a highly experienced
Director of Rehab
to join our team in Lake Park, FL. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the rehabilitation department and ensuring that our residents receive the highest quality care and services. Responsibilities: Plan, organize, and lead the rehabilitation department to achieve established goals and objectives Develop and implement effective rehabilitation programs, including physical, occupational, and speech therapies Collaborate with medical directors and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care Supervise and mentor rehabilitation staff, providing guidance and training as needed Develop and manage budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and progress Monitor and report on departmental performance, identifying areas for improvement Requirements: Bachelor's degree in physical therapy Minimum 2 years of experience in a rehabilitation setting, with at least 1 year in a leadership or management role Current licensure as a certified physical therapist (PT) Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with diverse populations What We Offer: Competitive salary Comprehensive benefits package Setting Standards in Home Health Care.
