Role and Responsibilities As a Sales Representative at Chris Aguirre State Farm, you will play a pivotal role in helping individuals and families protect what matters most to them. Your key responsibilities will include:
Sales & Consultation
– Engaging with potential customers to assess their insurance needs and provide them with personalized insurance solutions.
Lead Generation
– Proactively seeking new business opportunities through various channels, such as referrals, networking, and community involvement.
Customer Relationship Management
– Building strong and lasting relationships with clients, providing ongoing support, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
Cross‑Selling & Upselling
– Identifying opportunities to offer additional State Farm products and financial services.
Team Collaboration
– Working with a dedicated team to create a seamless customer experience and achieve collective sales targets.
Qualifications
Sales Experience
– Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred, but a genuine passion for sales and a determination to succeed are also valued.
Communication Skills
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and explain insurance concepts.
Customer‑Centric Mindset
– Strong desire to help customers and provide exceptional service that exceeds expectations.
Goal‑Driven
– Self‑motivated with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Insurance Knowledge
– Familiarity with insurance products and industry practices is advantageous, though not mandatory.
Bilingual (Spanish)
– Spanish language skills are a plus.
