Leasing Consultant
Location: Camelot East Apartments, 1400 Sherwood Drive, Fairfield, OH 45014.
Job Summary: At Camelot East Apartments, we’re seeking a skilled and motivated Leasing Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our leasing department, you’ll play a crucial role in connecting prospective tenants with their ideal homes.
Responsibilities
Present apartments, houses, or other properties to prospective clients persuasively.
Assist residential landlords in finding suitable tenants.
Promote unoccupied properties through various media and advertising techniques.
Evaluate clients’ requirements and financial status to create personalized presentations.
Provide accurate information about property features.
Validate application details and references.
Negotiate leasing terms and finalize agreements.
Stay informed about the property market.
Ensure proper maintenance and conduct periodic property inspections.
Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
Proven track record as a successful leasing consultant.
Regulatory Knowledge:
Familiarity with leasing rules and regulations.
Sales Acumen:
Demonstrated ability in sales and customer service.
YARDI Proficiency:
Experience using YARDI software is a must.
Tech Skills:
Basic understanding of MS Office.
Presentation Skills:
Ability to deliver exquisite presentations and negotiate effectively.
Marketing Savvy:
Well-versed in marketing and sales techniques.
Customer-Centric:
A customer-focused approach to interactions.
Bilingual Fluency:
Fluent in both English and Spanish
Preferred
Compensation: Full-time, On-Site. Weekend as needed. 8 HR Shift - M-F (9AM - 6PM)
Salary: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour.
