Responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness of service drive, shop, and customer areas
Move vehicles to and from service lanes, parking areas, and shop as needed
Wash, vacuum, and prepare customer vehicles after service
Assist service advisors and technicians with vehicle flow and organization
Ensure vehicles are parked in designated areas safely and efficiently
Monitor and maintain cleanliness of lot and service areas
Check and maintain fuel levels in customer and inventory vehicles as needed
Assist with shuttle or customer transportation when required
Maintain a professional appearance and clean working environment at all times
Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive dealership experience
Qualifications
Strong customer service with verbal communication skills
Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles
Good organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to learn and assist in various service department tasks
Previous dealership or automotive experience preferred but not required
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Physical Requirements The physical requirements of the position are MEDIUM in intensity.
Must be able to sit/stand/walk for long periods of time.
Visual acuity requirements include color, depth perception and field of vision comparable necessary to drive vehicles safely.
Constant – Reaching, sitting, standing, walking, fingering, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing.
Frequent – Repetitive motion.
Occasional – Balancing, kneeling, crouching, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to ~75 lbs.
Physical Working Conditions This position is subject to inside and outside environmental working conditions including but not limited to temperature changes, outside weather conditions, slightly elevated ambient noise levels, minor potential physical hazards such as electrical, mechanical, and cleaning equipment, and minor atmospheric conditions affecting skin or respiratory systems such as fumes, odors and dusts associated with operation of an auto dealership.
