
Museum Shop Marketing Intern — Graphic Design & Branding

Historic Beverly is seeking a creative and motivated intern from Montserrat College of Art to
help develop and promote the museum shop experience across our historic sites. This
internship offers an opportunity to apply design, branding, and marketing skills in a real-world
cultural setting while supporting a nonprofit museum dedicated to preserving and sharing
Beverly’s history.
The intern will work closely with staff to create marketing materials that highlight the unique
products available in the Historic Beverly museum shop, including locally made goods, books,
and historically inspired items. Projects may include developing social media content, designing
promotional graphics, photographing merchandise, assisting with in-store displays, and helping
shape seasonal campaigns tied to exhibitions and public programs.
This is an excellent opportunity for students interested in graphic design, marketing, branding,
photography, retail experience design, or arts administration. The intern will build portfolio-
ready work while contributing to the visibility and success of a community museum.
Location: Beverly, MA
Schedule: Flexible, based on student availability
