Strong residential electrical installation experience
Proven ability to lead or guide a team on job sites
Knowledge of electrical codes and safety standards
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Customer-focused mindset with attention to quality
What You’ll Do:
Lead residential electrical installation projects from start to finish
Install wiring, panels, breakers, disconnects, and lighting systems
Ensure all work meets code and company quality standards
Train and mentor helpers/apprentices in the field
Troubleshoot and resolve installation challenges as needed
