Job Description This is a remote position.
Role Overview We are looking for a sharp, self-driven AI-Augmented BDR to join our marketing agency. This is not a traditional sales role — you will leverage AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and others) to research, automate, and scale our outreach across SEO, link building, and influencer marketing verticals. You will act as both a strategic prospector and an AI power-user, building smarter workflows and generating qualified pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
Use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, etc.) to research and identify high-quality prospects for SEO services, link building partnerships, and influencer collaboration opportunities.
Build and automate personalized outreach sequences using AI-generated copy and workflow automation tools (e.g., Make, Zapier, Clay).
Qualify inbound and outbound leads and maintain accurate records in the CRM.
Develop AI-powered prospect lists by analyzing competitor backlink profiles, SERP data, and influencer databases.
Collaborate with the SEO and content teams to craft compelling outreach angles based on current campaigns.
Test, iterate, and document AI prompting strategies that improve outreach efficiency and response rates.
Monitor and report on outreach KPIs: contact rates, reply rates, meetings booked, and qualified pipeline generated.
Stay current with new AI tools and workflows relevant to sales automation, lead generation, and digital marketing.
Nice to Have
Experience with automation platforms such as Make, Zapier, or Clay.
Background in link building outreach or digital PR.
Knowledge of SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz) for prospect research.
Experience building AI prompt libraries or outreach SOPs.
Requirements Required Skills & Experience
1–3 years of experience in a BDR, SDR, outreach, or similar growth/sales role.
Hands-on experience using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini for research, writing, or automation.
Familiarity with the digital marketing landscape — SEO, link building, and/or influencer marketing.
Proficiency with outreach or CRM tools (Zoho CRM, HubSpot, Apollo, Instantly, or similar).
Strong written English communication skills — able to craft personalized, concise outreach messages.
Analytical mindset — comfortable interpreting outreach data and adjusting strategies accordingly.
Self-starter mentality with the ability to manage a pipeline with minimal supervision.
