This role oversees item creation, product tracking, inventory planning, and order fulfillment coordination to maintain optimal in-stock levels and deliver an exceptional customer experience. The position works cross-functionally with merchandising, logistics, vendors, and customer service teams to ensure product availability, accurate information, and timely delivery.**Hard Rock Rock Shop, Hard Rock Bet, Hard Rock Digital, Collectibles through Memo/Globe Photo, Amazon, and other site development domestically and globally.**## Key Responsibilities**Digital Shelf & Product Setup*** Assist with the item setup, product onboarding, and ongoing product tracking for all goods across e-commerce platforms and digital marketplaces.* Ensure product listings are accurate and complete, including descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory status.* Maintain consistent digital shelf standards and ensure all items are properly categorized and searchable across platforms.* Monitor digital shelf performance and identify opportunities to improve product visibility and conversion.**Inventory Planning & Sales Monitoring*** Monitor daily and weekly sales performance to inform inventory planning and replenishment strategies.* Manage inventory levels to maintain strong in-stock rates while minimizing overstock and backorders.* Coordinate the flow of goods between vendors, warehouses, and fulfillment channels to ensure product availability.* Analyze product demand trends and support forecasting efforts with merchandising and planning teams.**Order Fulfillment & Customer Experience*** Ensure product inquiries are addressed promptly and that customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.* Monitor order flow to ensure the timely delivery of goods and resolve any fulfillment delays or discrepancies.* Manage backorders with vendors and customers in a timely manner, providing clear communication and resolution.**Vendor & Operational Coordination*** Oversee communication with vendors regarding inventory availability, replenishment timelines, and product delivery.* Track vendor shipments and resolve issues related to delays, shortages, or discrepancies.* Work closely with logistics and warehouse partners to ensure smooth product intake and order fulfillment.**Reporting & Performance Management*** Track key performance indicators such as sell-through, in-stock rate, backorders, fulfillment timelines, and inventory turnover.* Provide regular reporting on product performance and inventory health to support merchandising and operational decisions.* Identify operational efficiencies and recommend improvements to digital shelf management and inventory flow.## Qualifications* Bachelor’s degree in Business, E-Commerce, Supply Chain, Retail Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).* 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce operations, digital merchandising, inventory planning, or retail operations.* Experience with e-commerce platforms, inventory management systems, or ERP tools.* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales and inventory data.* Excellent organizational and project management skills with strong attention to detail.* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail or e-commerce environment.* Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate across vendors, internal teams, and customer service. #J-18808-Ljbffr
