Our Client is seeking an HR Analyst based in Torrance, CA.The HR Analyst will prepare and maintain HR KPI and analytic reporting tosupport business reviews, HRIS initiatives, payroll and compensation analysis,and cross-functional data requests. Location: Torrance, CA. Salary range:$55,000-$70,000.
Requirements Responsibilities
Prepareand maintain HR KPI reports related to hiring, turnover, retention,tenure, and workforce planning.
Developrecurring and ad-hoc HR reports to support business reviews and leadershippresentations.
SupportHRIS management and improvement initiatives, including system enhancementsand process improvement (PI) projects in collaboration withcross-functional teams.
Conductpayroll analysis, including month-over-month variance review, identifyingdrivers of payroll changes, and validating payroll accuracy.
Supportcompensation analysis, including pay range distribution and headcount costanalysis.
Assistin analyzing workforce productivity metrics, including headcountefficiency, overtime trends, and department-level performance indicators.
Extractand compile HR data from HRIS and related systems to support reporting andanalysis.
MaintainHR data accuracy and integrity across internal systems by identifyingdiscrepancies and supporting data validation and cleansing efforts.
Assistin developing dashboards and improving HR reporting processes.
Collaboratewith HR, Finance, and Operations teams to gather data and provideanalytical support.
Maintainstrict confidentiality when handling compensation, performance, andemployee data.
Qualifications
0–2years of experience in HR, data analysis, business analysis, or relatedfields.
Professionalworking proficiency in both Korean and English.
Proficiencyin Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint(preferred).
Experiencewith data visualization or analytics tools such as Tableau or Power BI(preferred).
Abilityto translate data into clear insights and visual reports.
