As an Administrative Servicing Representative, you will process customer paperwork affiliated with vehicle purchases, ownership, and general support of CAF customers in a variety of other ways.

What you will do

Process paperwork associated with customer account maintenance that may include invoice processing, vehicle titling, auditing funding documents and/or letter generation.

May require taking inbound or making outbound phone calls, emails, or other forms of communication to resolve customer questions/concerns.

Accurately notate and update customer accounts in company account management systems.

Evaluate, identify, and execute follow‑up steps for problem resolution based on account data, policies, and procedures.

Teach new associates an overview of the work, processes, and tasks to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience. Perform all the above timely and accurately in compliance with federal, state, and company guidelines.

Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications and requirements

High school diploma or GED; 6 months related administrative experience preferred.

Ability to prioritize work and multi‑task to meet multiple deadlines.

Ability to communicate with others effectively via phone.

Basic computer, math, and communication skills.

Keyboarding and/or data entry skills required.
