Fan Engagement Specialist

Job Description Fan Engagement Specialists are the heartbeat of the gameday experience at FC Dallas, North Texas SC, Frisco Bowl, and Toyota Stadium events. As key members of our gameday team, you’ll bring energy, professionalism, and a fan-first attitude to every shift — from match day activations and promotional distribution to premium club access and beyond. This role is a meaningful commitment: we rely on our Fan Engagement team to show up consistently and be present when our fans need you most. What You’ll Do
Assist with match day activities as needed, including but not limited to partnership activations, gameday promotion distribution, and Season Ticket Holder benefit distribution
Set up, take down, and transport various equipment and/or promotional items
Aid in amplifying the overall fan engagement during home matches
Facilitate activations at matches and events, while providing superb customer service and displaying excitement about the organization being represented
Provide information and proactively assisting fans as needed
Activate and fulfill elements as agreed to in partnership agreements
Represent FC Dallas, Toyota Stadium, and other entities at home matches and other events in a professional manner always
Perform other duties as assigned
You Are:
Friendly, self-motivated, energetic, and a team player
Responsible, reliable, communicative, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent customer service
Collaborate and possess excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills, particularly verbal
Capable of representing the club in an ethical and professional manner
Committed to fulfilling your scheduled shifts — including evenings, weekends, and holidays — and responsive to scheduling communications in a timely manner
Qualifications
Available to work a minimum of 30% of the shifts offered per season across FC Dallas, North Texas SC, and/or Dallas Renegades; broader availability across all three organizations is strongly preferred
Must have reliable transportation to and from events, including home games
Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is
required
— most matches take place on evenings and weekends. Must be able to respond to scheduling communications within 48 hours. Weekday availability is a plus
Bilingual (English & Spanish) – preferred but not required
Prior experience with gameday, events and promotions preferred
Moving and lifting objects that exceed 50lbs
Ability to lift and transport up to 25lbs
