100% Field Based (In stores)
$22.00-23.00/hour
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday
1-2 Overnights per Month
Monthly cell phone allowance is provided!
Car allowance, mileage and gasoline reimbursement will be provided
Must have a reliable form of transportation to travel to convenience stores & customer locations.
Position Summary As a Sales Service Representative, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our strategic sales initiatives, collaborating closely with the Sales and Merchandising Teams in our area. Your responsibilities will encompass tasks focused on program execution, and providing merchandising and sales support. You will also be responsible for building strong relationships with customers in the division and supporting the Sales Team. Your professionalism and business execution are critical to driving business forward for our customers, vendors, and ourselves.
Position Responsibilities
Merchandising support across all customer channels within the division
Maintenance and execution of the SmartStock program (racks, plan-o-grams, ordering, and merchandising activities).
Open territory coverage (vacations, sick days, etc)
Identifying and reducing out-of-stocks on shelves.
Ensuring products are fresh and within date code parameters.
Attending to customer needs and concerns promptly.
Ensuring plan-o-gram, marketing best practices, and compliance in stores.
Identifying display opportunities and maximizing display positioning.
Ensuring that products are properly displayed, priced, and identified.
Finding solutions to possible customer challenges with assistance.
Performing other tasks and duties as assigned.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer needs and concerns
Act as a reliable point of contact when supporting assigned accounts
Troubleshoot and resolve in-store challenges with support from the Sales Team
Reinforce sales priorities in-store, including distribution goals, promotional execution, and display compliance

Qualifications
High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate.
1-2 years of working experience in a customer service, merchandising or sales position.
Ability to drive to customer locations using personal transportation (mileage and gasoline reimbursement provided).
Must have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable vehicle, and proper valid insurance.
