About Our Agency I opened my agency in 2015 and lead a team of four in a high‑performing office that ranks in the top five in our area for production. Before becoming an agent, I worked in the mortgage industry, which gave me a strong background in financial services and customer relationships. I attended Indiana State University and enjoy traveling whenever I get the chance. Our office is located on Main Street, so we’re regularly involved in local events and enjoy being an active part of the community. For our team, we offer a flexible approach to time off. As long as goals are being met and responsibilities are handled, I trust my team to manage their schedules reasonably. Our culture is built on strong teamwork, a service‑first mindset, and keeping the environment positive and supportive. I’m not a micromanager; I expect team members to approach the role like it’s their own business, knowing their results directly impact their success.
