1 Annual Salary Range: $40,000 - $60,000 Job Responsibilities:

Manage a portfolio of small business accounts, ensuring exceptional customer service. Act as the primary contact for small business clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to promote long-term satisfaction and retention. Conduct regular reviews of client accounts to identify opportunities for cross-selling additional insurance products. Assist clients in understanding their coverage options and policy details, providing guidance on risk management. Collaborate with underwriting and claims departments to expedite the resolution of client issues. Track relevant market trends and competitor activities to provide informed recommendations to clients. Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, highlighting the benefits of various insurance products. Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company's small business segment. Maintain accurate and updated records of client interactions and account status in the CRM system. Essential Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is preferred. Active insurance license in the state of Connecticut. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to manage multiple accounts effectively and work within deadlines. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Desired Experience:

2+ years of experience in account management or customer service in the insurance industry. Experience with small business accounts and understanding of their unique insurance needs. Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and enhancing customer relationships. Salary & Benefits:
