GrowthX Sales Professional (Enterprise Integration & Modernization)
DXC Technology Inc., New York, NY, United States
Job Description
DXC Technology (NYSE: DXC) helps global companies run their mission‑critical systems and operations while modernizing IT, optimizing data architectures, and ensuring security and scalability across public, private, and hybrid clouds. The world’s largest companies and public sector organizations trust DXC to deploy services across the Enterprise Technology Stack to drive new levels of performance, competitiveness, and customer experience.
Within DXC, GrowthX represents a strategic growth business focused on accelerating next-generation revenue through modernization, integration, and fintech-aligned innovation. This team operates at the intersection of established enterprise platforms and emerging digital ecosystems, helping clients drive measurable business outcomes.
Location Remote with travel to client sites as needed. While this is a remote role, if you reside within 25 miles of a DXC office, you will be expected to work onsite at least two days per week.
Overview This is a net‑new business: a deal ownership role focused on opening doors and building a pipeline across strategic financial services accounts.
The Sales Professional – GrowthX Deal Leader is responsible for originating, shaping, and closing enterprise integration and modernization opportunities. This is not an account management role where you are expected to create opportunities, lead pursuits, and drive deals through close.
You will operate at the intersection of DXC’s established core banking footprint and emerging fintech ecosystems, helping financial institutions connect legacy platforms to modern capabilities such as real‑time payments, open banking, and API‑driven architectures.
You will lead pursuits end‑to‑end across account teams, presales, delivery, and partners, translating complex technical capabilities into clear business outcomes and consistently converting pipeline into revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Originate and develop new business opportunities within target financial services accounts
Open new client relationships and generate a pipeline from scratch
Lead end‑to‑end deal execution from initial engagement through close
Own deal strategy, stakeholder alignment, and overall pursuit execution
Partner with account teams to expand footprint where applicable, while prioritizing net new growth
Engage senior client stakeholders to align solutions to business outcomes
Collaborate with pre‑sales, delivery, and partners to develop competitive solutions
Support pricing strategy, commercial structuring, and contract negotiations
Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting
Required Qualifications (Must Have)
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
7+ years of enterprise technology sales experience
Proven track record of originating and closing complex deals, typically $5M or greater
Experience selling integration, API, automation, or cloud‑based solutions
Strong executive presence with the ability to engage C‑suite and senior stakeholders
Experience leading cross‑functional deal teams across sales, presales, and delivery
Scope & Impact
Annual quota typically aligned to enterprise sales expectations ($5M+ baseline, higher based on level)
Focus on enterprise‑scale integration, API, automation, and modernization programs
Expected to build a qualified pipeline and demonstrate traction within the first 6 months
Success is measured by the ability to open new client conversations and progress opportunities
Preferred Experience
Experience with iPaaS, API management, or middleware platforms (e.g., Boomi, MuleSoft)
Experience selling into or from fintech ecosystems (e.g., open banking, payments, API platforms)
Background in financial services, core banking, or payments environments
Experience with digital transformation or modernization initiatives
Experience in fintech or consulting environments (e.g., Plaid, MX, Backbase, PwC, Accenture, Capgemini)
Work Environment / Eligibility
Remote role with travel as needed
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
