National Account Manager, Grocery Northwest About the Role: We have a current opening for a National Account Manager, Grocery Northwest and are actively reviewing applications.

As National Account Manager, Grocery Northwest, you'll help to develop, execute, and drive financial and retail sales plans for Save Mart, WINCO, Associated Foods, and additional regional customers. Your work will directly fuel sales and profit growth across both existing and new Ferrero products.

In this role, you’ll be the primary point of contact managing the business relationship with Key Account Buyers at Save Mart and WINCO. You’ll partner closely with them to build strong, collaborative relationships and deliver results that elevate Ferrero’s presence in the market.

You’ll report to the Grocery West Sales Director and will thrive if you’re proactive, collaborative, and solution‑oriented—always anticipating needs and identifying opportunities to grow the business.

This position is field‑based, with the ideal candidate located in either California, Idaho or Utah.

Main Responsibilities:

Responsible for all aspects of Account Management with assigned customers: Save Mart, WINCO, Associated Foods, and others

Achieve Net Sales and Trade Rate quota to contribute to total budget attainment

Lead all sales calls, business reviews and develop key presentations to effectively drive initiatives for customer category and Ferrero

Own relationship with all customer category buyers and execute formalized, value‑added engagement plan with established feedback loop to act on customer input

Align customer initiatives to Ferrero strategic enablers to drive meaningful JBP process

Develop customer specific plans working collaboratively with Trade Marketing, Category Management, Revenue Growth Management and Finance

Identify medium and long‑term business opportunities at all customers in category management and work cross‑functionally to execute and capture the opportunities

Achieve KPI’s to contribute to total Sales Group KPI attainment

Use trade judiciously to drive demand at all customers in category

Develop accurate SKU‑level forecasts each month based on expected demand, seasons, and promotions and own forecast accuracy for all customers with feedback loop when forecasts not correct

Drive accountability and results with Broker partner at all levels Manage customer payments/deduction process

About You:

Bachelor’s Degree is required; MBA is a plus

At least 7 years of Sales, Account Management, Merchandising and/or Category/Trade Management experience is required

Prior experience calling on Save Mart & WINCO is preferred

Proven collaborative and solution oriented track record

Effective interpersonal skills to interface with the necessary internal and external stakeholders

Powerful story telling competencies to present key insights externally and internally

Strong data analysis skills (IRI, Supply Chain) to monitor, report and proactively address customer performance and trends in category and develop strategies to close gaps, increase sales, etc

Strategic and proactive thinking to develop sales strategies and translate them into distribution, shelving, pricing and merchandising objectives

Enterprise mindset and desire to build a successful career with a growing global company

Strong business development skills to identify and enable opportunities and growth

The base salary range for this position is $108,000.00 - $144,000.00 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job‑related factors permitted by law. This range represents the anticipated salary for this position at this time.

In addition to base salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other benefits.
