Here, your performance has purpose.# **What You Will Be Doing**Join the Titleist team as a Senior Media Planning Specialist and play a pivotal role in shaping and executing media strategy across one of the most respected brands in golf. In this dynamic position, you’ll manage day‑to‑day media operations, partner closely with the Senior Media Manager, internal teams, external agencies, and media partners to support the development and execution of strategic media plans across channels including TV, digital, social, audio, paid search, and influencer collaborations. You will lead media forecasting and reporting, analyze performance metrics to drive optimization, and help establish best practices that elevate brand impact. As a key liaison across Product, Creative, Digital, and Communications teams, you’ll oversee creative trafficking, asset tracking, and campaign readiness using Workfront. Additionally, you’ll own budgeting processes and financial reconciliations while supporting global alignment through consistent communication with international partners. This is an exciting opportunity to influence high‑visibility campaigns, strengthen cross‑functional collaboration, and contribute to the continued success of the Titleist brand.**What You Bring*** B.S. or B.A. in Media, Communications, Advertising, or Marketing (required)* 5 years of experience in Marketing, Media Planning, or related field* Strong golf knowledge* General understanding of paid media channels and their roles within an integrated marketing plan (TV, digital, social, search, video, audio, display)* Detail oriented self-starter with a passion for media and an eagerness to learn media planning, buying, and measurement processes in a fast-paced environment* Comfortable working with data and performance reports to identify trends and support decision-making* Strong quantitative skills and confidence managing budgets* Excellent written, verbal, presentation, interpersonal, and organizational skills* Ability to problem-solve, prioritize, and manage stakeholders effectively* Capacity to manage multiple high priority projects simultaneously* Proficient in MS Office, especially advanced Excel and presentation tools* Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager a plus* Ability to travel as needed#LI-SB1**Our Commitment to You**At Acushnet Company, we are committed to helping our associates thrive both personally and professionally.
