If you want a career giving people the reassurance that they can have access to the health care they need for themselves and their loved ones, join OneDigital.**Our Newest Opportunity:**## Summary:## The Client Manager partners with the PEO Consultants to provide excellence in managing client implementation, renewal, reporting, technical tools, and overall service.## ## Essential Duties and Responsibilities (included but not limited to):* Work with Consultant to Manage the Client Relationship* Manage Client Reporting & Deliverables* Establish & Manage Client Communications; including calls, call notes, and take-away items* Manage New Client/Renewal Implementation Process & Timelines (includes Tech Tools)* Ensure accuracy of both client facing and internal partner documents* Client Service within scope of skill set## Qualifications, Skills, and Requirements:* Strong attention to detail* Positive, can-do attitude* Self-motivated, flexible, and disciplined* Ability to work independently as well as in team environment* Excellent verbal and written communication skills* Strong organizational skills* Ability to thrive in fast-paced production environment## Education, training, and Experience:* Previous applicable work experience, required* Proficient with Microsoft Office products (especially Excel), required* Familiarity with insurance carrier websites, preferred* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education & experience, preferred* Familiarity with database applications, a plus# Additional NotesInsurance license required, can be obtained within 90 days of hireThe typical base pay range for this role nationwide is $70,000 to $75,000 per year. Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance.
