In the role of Marketing Coordinator, we'll count on you to:
Support pursuit teams in developing persuasive proposal, qualifications and interview materials
Administer implementation of the go/no-go decision process in accordance with HDR’s Matrix of Authority
Write and edit marketing proposal documents, as well as develop and coordinate graphics and layout
Support client development teams with marketing activity planning, research, and data management
Monitor client and industry websites for solicitation status
Maintain accurate project and resume data in business development systems
Support creation of marketing collateral to support business development efforts
File pursuit materials upon submittal in accordance with HDR guidelines
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Communications, Journalism, Graphic Design, or a combination of education and relevant experience
Local candidates preferred
Required Qualifications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including InDesign
