Each episode is a single, semi-guided conversation shot on 3 cameras, lasting up to 90 minutes. Your job is to sculpt that raw dialogue into a tight, compelling 30–40 minute final episode. There is no paper edit. You will watch the raw conversation, identify the strongest moments, and build the episode's narrative arc from scratch. You are the storyteller in post. Narrative Sculpting: You aren't just cutting for time. You are finding the natural arc of the conversation. It needs to flow effortlessly. You find the best moments. The Invisible Edit: We rely on long takes to preserve the natural rhythm of the conversation. You know how to hide cuts and condense time. You also know exactly which camera to pick for each moment. You've cut long-form, unscripted conversations where the content is driven entirely by people talking and you built the structure yourself, not from a paper edit. How to apply
