JOB SUMMARY: The Marketing Manager is responsible for executing and supporting marketing initiatives across Gulfeagle Supply and its affiliated brands. This role works cross-functionally with sales, operations, and internal teams to develop and deliver marketing materials, communications, and campaigns that support branch performance and overall business objectives.
This position plays a key role in ensuring consistent brand execution, timely communication, and effective delivery of marketing programs across all locations. The Marketing Manager is expected to manage a wide range of projects, balancing multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of organization, attention to detail, and accuracy.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Develops and produces marketing materials, including print and digital assets such as flyers, signage, promotional collateral, and branded materials
Executes email marketing campaigns and communications, including planning, copy coordination, and deployment through platforms such as Constant Contact
Supports the development, production, and distribution of corporate publications, including newsletters and internal communications
Coordinates and executes marketing promotions, including communication with branches, vendors, and internal stakeholders
Maintains and updates company website content, including product information, branch details, and general site updates
Manages and maintains the company’s SharePoint site, ensuring resources are organized, up to date, and easily accessible to employees
Oversees branch signage requests and coordinates production and installation with vendors
Plans and executes social media content and posting schedules to support brand visibility and engagement
Maintains and updates online business listings (Google, Bing, Apple Maps) to ensure accuracy and brand consistency across all locations
Coordinates apparel and promotional item programs, including managing vendor relationships and company store offerings
Collaborates with the Event Manager to support marketing needs for corporate and branch events, including signage, promotional materials, and digital assets
Partners with internal teams to support marketing requests and ensure timely delivery of materials
Ensures brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials
Manages multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards
JOB QUALIFICATIONS: A highly organized and dependable marketing professional with experience across multiple marketing disciplines, including print, digital, and communications. This individual must be a self-starter capable of managing a high volume of projects while working both independently and collaboratively.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience. Must have experience across multiple marketing platforms, including print and digital. Experience in building materials, construction, or the roofing/contractor sector is preferred but not required.
Communication and Organization:
Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and high-energy environment. Occasional travel may be required to support events, and company initiatives.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Proficient in Microsoft Office, as well as social media platforms and website content management. Speaks confidently and articulately in front of groups and works well within a team environment. Demonstrates the ability to think both analytically and creatively and possesses strong problem‑solving skills. Possesses strong writing skills and is capable of conducting independent research. Demonstrates familiarity with traditional and digital media platforms.
