What Will You Do?
As a Product Manager, Digital Commerce (CRO and Growth) at The Museum of Modern Art, you will own the CRO roadmap and prioritize experiments across PDPs, checkout, and search. You will lead A/B and multivariate tests to boost conversion rates, AOV, and lifetime value. Additionally, you will partner with merchandising, marketing, and finance to optimize journeys while ensuring profitability.
