Our client in Lifelinks International Resources, Inc., a DMW-accredited recruitment agency from the Philippines, is seeking Installer Specialists for deployment to Germany. Candidates will be responsible for the installation of partition wall systems, ensuring compliance with technical standards, quality requirements, and project timelines.

Responsibilities
Perform installation of partition wall systems based on technical drawings and specifications. Ensure accuracy in measurements, alignment, and overall quality standards. Inspect site conditions and report any issues, deviations, or defects. Ensure all installations are fully functional with high-quality finishing. Support site inspections and project handovers. Utilize materials efficiently and minimize rework and damages. Maintain accurate timesheets and proper documentation, including additional works. Complete assigned tasks within project timelines and schedules. Coordinate with other trades and report delays or site constraints. Maintain organized workflow and support team members for overall efficiency. Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field PRC Licensed At least 2 years of experience in construction or installation Experience in site supervision and reading technical drawings Background in installation of partitions, walls, or interior systems is an advantage Knowledge of quality control and site documentation Strong coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills Willing to work on-site and handle technical responsibilities Willing to undergo German language training (3–5 months)
