We are looking for an
Associate Director, Consulting - Commercial Banking
with strong domain expertise across treasury services, lending, client onboarding, and digital transformation within commercial banks. This individual will help shape new pursuits, design greenfield commercial banking solutions, and step into product/program roles during execution.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop commercial banking transformation themes: Digital onboarding, Treasury modernization, Lending workflow automation, Embedded finance enablement
Support proposal creation and executive workshops.
Envision future-state commercial banking platforms.
Define operating model and product structures.
Design integration across core banking and payment systems.
Step into product/program manager roles on key engagements.
Manage multi-stream transformation programs.
Coordinate business and engineering stakeholders.
Embed AI into credit decisioning, document processing, client service workflows
Job Requirements:
8–12+ years consulting experience.
Experience with large banks (e.g., JPMorgan Chase, regional commercial banks).
Strong understanding of treasury services, lending systems, client onboarding & KYC, Workflow automation
Proven ability to lead workshops & executive conversations.
Willingness to operate hands‑on.
Hybrid strategist + operator.
Thinks in product constructs.
Comfortable in high‑change environments.
