PsychPros is currently recruiting for a Director of Behavioral Health position in the Columbus area. We are seeking candidates that have proven clinical and financial leadership in non‑profit environment. Ideal job seekers will be independently licensed in Ohio as either an LPCC‑S or LISW‑S and have administrative and clinical supervisory experience.
Duties include:
Monitoring key indicators for service areas
Coordinating with clinical and non‑clinical staff to work on continuous improvement
Compliance Reviews
Requirements:
Master's Degree
Independent Licensure for clinical social work or counseling (LISW‑S, LPCC‑S)
Two years of supervisory experience
