Public Utilities Director
This position provides operational leadership for the City’s
water treatment, wastewater treatment, distribution, and collection systems , while also managing active infrastructure projects related to
utilities and roadway improvements . The Director works closely with field crews, contractors, and City leadership to ensure projects remain on schedule, within scope, and compliant with regulatory requirements.

who works well across departments, maintains a visible field presence, and supports the development of the next generation of municipal leaders.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Public Administration, Business Administration, Environmental Science, or a related field required
Experience in water or wastewater utility operations
Supervisory or leadership experience in municipal infrastructure or utilities
Florida DEP operator certification preferred but not required
