Senior Marketing Manager, Becklar Workforce Safety

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead our Workforce Safety marketing initiatives of significant growth and expansion. The Senior Marketing Manager will report directly to our company VP of Marketing & Vertical Offerings. To achieve targeted business results, the ideal candidate will have the skills and discipline necessary to direct the Workforce Safety marketing strategy and positioning and further develop an effective lead-generation strategy through digital-marketing channels such as email, social media, the company website, targeted events, webinars, strategic partnerships and advertising.
The Senior Marketing Manager for Workforce Safety will own all strategic initiatives including the website content, lead management, CRM (Hubspot), all marketing activities, reporting results and branding. We need a manager that is a leader and team player. This manager will work closely with product management and with sales in planning and executing account based marketing efforts, as well as leading content and asset development, webinar and events planning, digital campaigns and more. He or she will work well - organizing people, projects, and processes towards clear goals that fit the vision that he or she will champion. Additionally, we need a candidate who is a coach, mentor and inspiration to the people on their team, and can meet long‑term growth targets.
Responsibilities:
Develop, execute and continue to improve the company's strategic Workforce Safety marketing plan
Strategize positioning, perform market competitive analysis, and related solution positioning
Generate new leads for the sales team through digital campaigns, webinars and supporting events
Establish a test and learn marketing culture so that marketing dollars are generating new customers as efficiently as possible
Define and direct measurable marketing programs that result in demand creation, leads and revenue generation
Define and track metrics and success criteria for all marketing programs and activities
Oversee marketing management, communications, website design and content creation (including brochures and videos)
Develop webinar presentations and case studies to support demand generation
Develop and manage the Workforce Safety marketing budget
Work with the VP of Marketing & Verticals and other executive team members to identify, assess, and develop strategic cross‑industry alliances and growth opportunities
Research, identify, develop, and target marketing to new industries that can leverage real‑time monitoring supported by a call center
Minimum Qualifications / Experience:
8-10 years of marketing experience - Preferably in a B2B business environment
Experience forecasting, managing budgets effectively across multiple departments, financial reporting, setting up effective metrics and business processes
Ability to plan and manage both the strategic and operational levels; strong project management skills required
Exceptional track record of developing and implementing marketing and sales strategies that have consistently met or exceeded planned objectives, providing personal leadership through example
Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and team to create a results‑driven, team‑oriented environment
Experience developing product and solution presentations
Experience writing content including case studies and brochures
Experience using CRM platforms and marketing automation applications (e.g. Hubspot)
Strong ability to analyze and evaluate marketing channel effectiveness on a regular basis using Google Analytics or similar platforms
Successful track record using the following digital marketing channels to drive growth: SEO, social media, paid search, display and email / database marketing
Successful track record executing content strategies that include video, webinars, articles, and blog posts
Working knowledge of traditional media and public relations a plus
Training in and practical application of SEO, social media, paid search
Strong design sense and ability to provide constructive feedback to the creative team; conversion optimization experience a plus
Successful experience building, leading, and mentoring a team of professionals to deliver qualified leads
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or communications required
