The Regional Director of Operations (RDO) provides administrative support to all staff at the assigned site(s) and ensures that quality services are provided to clients. The RDO also represents Anew Behavioral Health for the site(s) by maintaining relationships with partners, providers, and contract personnel. Duties and Responsibilities
Recruit, train, and supervise location staff, including clinicians, administrative personnel, and support staff. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes professional growth and development. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to ensure high performance and accountability. Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations, licensing requirements, and accreditation standards. Ensure that providers are continuously assigned caseloads, removed from caseloads as needed, and provided the necessary information to maintain appointments. Coordinate and participate in quality assurance audits, striving to achieve a minimum score of 80% per site and work quarterly with QC Team to review quarterly/monthly intake, treatment plan, and ongoing audits. Implement corrective actions and improvements as needed to maintain and enhance service quality. Oversee relationships with external vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts and ensuring service delivery meets expectations. Monitor vendor performance and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner. Collaborate to develop and execute strategies for client acquisition and retention. Monitor client census and service utilization, aiming to achieve a minimum of 150 clients averaging 50 units of service per month per site. Cultivate positive relationships with clients, families, referral sources, and community partners to support business growth and client satisfaction. Promote a positive organizational culture aligned with the agency's values and mission. The RDO will focus on and be responsible for Active Census Management, Service Engagement Metrics, Intake/Discharge Monitoring, No-Show and Re-engagement performance, W-2 Staff Productivity, Quality/Audit/Client Satisfaction scores are met, Staff Retention/Staff Satisfaction/Engagement scores are met, Environment of Care, and Oversight/Accountability. Other duties as assigned. Supervision Given
The Regional Director of Operations supervises all Therapists, Case Managers, Receptionists, Care Coordinators, and any other providers hired for their location(s). Supervision Received
The Regional Director of Operations reports to the Vice President of Operations. QUALIFICATIONS
The RDO must have excellent interpersonal skills (verbal and written), organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office and ability to utilize online EHR and HRIS platforms. The RDO must have knowledge of insurance, behavioral health settings, and experience providing services to those in the community. The RDO must also understand and follow HIPAA and HIPAA 42CFR compliance. Education
A High school diploma with experience noted below is required. A bachelor’s degree in a closely related field is preferred. Certification

Minimum of 2-3 years in a supervisory role and 1 year of experience providing services to clients. Physical Effort
Requires sitting for long periods of time, viewing computer monitors, and keyboarding. Must be able to lift 20 pounds. Background
Must pass all Federal and State background checks. Other background checks will be conducted for licensures and certifications according to company policy. Schedule
Full-Time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Requires travel, to include visiting each site once every 2 weeks. This position is eligible for Medical Benefits, Dental Benefits, Voluntary Benefits, Paid Time Off, and Paid Holidays.
