We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Employment Specialist / Qualified Professional to join our Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team in Wake County. In this role, you will support individuals living with mental health challenges in achieving meaningful employment and greater independence in their daily lives.

Your Role in Our Mission As an Employment Specialist, your work will focus on helping individuals connect to employment opportunities that align with their goals and strengths.
Assisting individuals with job readiness, including resume development and interview preparation
Supporting individuals in obtaining and maintaining competitive employment
Building relationships with local employers and community partners
Providing ongoing support to help individuals succeed in the workplace
Delivering services in community settings, including homes and job sites
Collaborating with the multidisciplinary ACT team to support whole-person care
Maintaining accurate and timely documentation

Compensation & Benefits
Hourly Rate: $21.00 – $26.45

What We’re Looking For
Experience working with individuals with mental health or behavioral health needs
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently in community-based settings
Knowledge of employment supports or vocational services preferred
Experience with ACT teams or community-based services is a plus
Qualified Professional (QP) status
Bachelor’s degree in human services or a related field
Other Requirements
Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation
Willingness to travel throughout Wake County
Ability to participate in on-call rotation
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
