Customer Service Representative

We’re looking for a highly motivated, personable, and outgoing Customer Service Representative to join our Snow Division. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a dynamic, year-round role. During the off-season, your primary focus will be lead generation, sourcing new clients, and helping grow our business. In the winter season, you’ll shift into a customer support role, assisting clients with service requests, coordinating schedules, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
