Growth Marketer

Profound is on a mission to help companies understand and control their AI presence. We are looking for a full-stack Growth Marketer, Enterprise to help figure out and scale what works.
You will own early growth experiments, run rapid tests across channels, and build the foundations of a growth engine from scratch. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and wants to help shape strategy, not just execute it.
What you’ll do
Identify, test, and scale growth levers across paid, email, organic, and additional channels
Create and optimize landing pages, lead magnets, and nurture flows
Own top-of-funnel growth with a clear focus on qualified pipeline
Plan, execute, and optimize webinars, workshops, and in-person or virtual events that drive engagement and pipeline
Manage and grow community and strategic partnerships, including outreach, recruiting, onboarding, activation, and retention
Who you are
Generalist with a builder mindset, comfortable in ambiguity and excited by experimentation
Strong executor who combines creativity with analytical thinking
Passionate about AI and its impact on how people discover and make decisions
Collaborative, curious, and energized by working in a fast-paced environment
Experience in B2B SaaS or early-stage startups is a plus
Location This is an on‑site role based in our Union Square, NYC office, designed for builders who thrive on speed, iteration, and meaningful impact.
For this role, the expected base salary range is $140,000 to $190,000. Profound’s total compensation package is designed to be competitive and includes base salary, equity, and a full range of benefits and perks. Final compensation will depend on factors such as your skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and will be determined during the interview process.
