Our studio is looking to bring on a full-time entry-level designer at our Berkeley office.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Located in the Bay Area.
Reliable transportation to site meetings.
Bachelor Degree in Architecture from an NAAB-Accredited Program.
Combined 1 - 2 years of experience with an Architecture or Design office.
Exceptional written and graphic communication style.
2D + 3D cad capabilities; Proficiency with Revit + AutoCAD is a plus.
Familiarity with construction methods + standards.
Familiarity with the Adobe Creative Suite and Google Suite.
Interest in working towards licensure in the practice of architecture.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the design process through production of various drawings as needed.
Research code requirements and interface with City officials through permit process.
Compile physical materials and products.
Produce presentation materials for client meetings.
Attend meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors, and issue notes.
