Design is centrally responsible for the design supporting all consumer-facing and business products and tooling for the Disney Entertainment & ESPN portfolio, including sports, entertainment, enterprise, UX, creative services, and design research.
We are looking for a
Product Designer
to join our
Enterprise Design team . In this role, you will partner closely with Product and Engineering to create innovative and intuitive tooling solutions that support and streamline our internal operations.
What You Will Do
Define app and web experiences for enterprise products
Contribute to product strategy by leveraging user research, data, and insights, understanding business needs, and innovating within technical constraint
Explore and validate solutions at various fidelity levels (sketches, wireframes, and prototypes)
Use data to guide your design decisions
Communicate your ideas effectively and partner closely with cross‑functional partners and stakeholders to execute on design solutions
We Are Looking For Candidates Who
Have experience designing high‑quality solutions for enterprise workflows and are adept at managing complexity
Showcase a strong understanding and application of user‑centered design process and best practices and have a data‑driven mindset
Are self‑motivated, innately curious, and passionate about problem solving
Possess a high bar of craft and design excellence
Collaborate well with others, communicate effectively, and contribute positively to their setting and have strong communication skills
Have a growth mindset and display an aptitude for learning new technologies and design skills
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
5+ years of relevant industry experience
Strong set of case studies showcasing a range of projects demonstrating your user‑centered design process, critical thinking, and problem‑solving skills
Expert knowledge of design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite

This role is also available in Glendale, CA; Seattle, WA; New York, NY; and Bristol, CT.
The hiring range for this position in New York, NY is $135,400.00 to $181,600.00 per year, and in Seattle, WA is $135,400.00 to $181,600.00 per year, and in Glendale, CA is $129,300.00 to $173,300.00 per year and in Bristol, CT is $129,300.00 to $173,300.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long‑term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
