Digital Marketing Manager
to lead online growth initiatives. This role will oversee multi‑channel campaigns that drive traffic, customer acquisition, retention, and revenue. The right candidate will bring a strong mix of performance marketing expertise and fashion brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute paid and organic digital marketing strategies.
Manage campaigns across search, social, email, affiliate, and display channels.
Track KPIs including CAC, ROAS, CTR, conversion rate, and customer lifetime value.
Collaborate with creative and merchandising teams to align campaign messaging with launches and promotions.
Optimize audience targeting, budget allocation, and campaign performance.
Stay informed on fashion consumer trends and digital channel innovations.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
4+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in fashion, retail, or e-commerce.
Hands‑on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, email platforms, and analytics tools.
Strong knowledge of performance marketing and customer acquisition strategies.
Excellent project management and communication skills.
Data‑driven mindset with creative problem‑solving ability.

$95,000 – $130,000 USD per year
