Position Summary The Creative Content Producer is a hands‑on, production‑driven role responsible for creating and managing high‑quality digital media that powers PJi’s marketing and brand presence. This position serves as the primary owner of our video and photo production workflow, social media content, graphic design assets, and e‑commerce imagery — all in service of a strong, consistent brand identity across every channel.
The ideal candidate is a self‑driven creative professional who combines strong visual instincts with excellent technical execution. You thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment, take ownership of your work from concept to publish, and bring genuine enthusiasm for storytelling through multimedia. This role works closely with the Marketing Manager and cross‑functional teams across the entire organization.
Key Responsibilities Video & Photo Production Produce and edit high‑quality marketing videos and photography on a consistent weekly cadence, maintaining brand standards throughout.
Own the full video production workflow from pre‑production planning and on‑site capture through editing, captioning, uploading, and multi‑platform distribution.
Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and team members to ensure brand messaging is cohesive, compelling, and optimized for engagement across all platforms.
E‑Commerce Image Processing Process and optimize product images on a regular monthly cycle to support e‑commerce accuracy and visual appeal across all product listings.
Ensure all website product pages maintain high‑resolution, web‑optimized imagery that meets brand and platform standards.
Continuously improve website visual quality by auditing and refreshing page imagery throughout the year.
Social Media Management Develop and execute a content calendar: create platform‑specific graphics and copy, schedule posts, monitor engagement, and surface insights to the Marketing Manager.
Maintain a strong, consistent, and on‑brand social presence across all active platforms, adapting content formats to maximize reach and engagement.
Graphic Design Design and produce a wide range of digital assets, including marketing materials, website graphics, blog headers, email visuals, trade show booth designs, and company presentations.
Support all PJi Teams by handling day‑to‑day creative requests, ensuring fast turnaround without compromising quality.
Content Management & Distribution Upload, maintain, and update content across the PJi website, YouTube channel, and partner platforms, keeping all digital touchpoints current and accurate.
Track content deadlines and coordinate media distribution across PJi and affiliated platforms as needed.
Qualifications Education Bachelor’s degree in Digital Media, Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience considered.
Required Experience 5+ years of professional experience in digital content creation, with a strong emphasis on video editing, photography, and graphic design.
Demonstrated portfolio showcasing video production, photo editing, and graphic design work across multiple media formats.
Proven experience managing social media accounts professionally, including content planning, scheduling, and performance analysis.
Required Skills & Tools Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Lightroom (or equivalent professional editing software).
Experience with social media management platforms and scheduling tools (e.g., SEMrush, Later, Sprout Social).
Solid understanding of major social media platforms, YouTube, and content management systems (CMS).
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset — this role works across every team in the company.
Preferred (Bonus) Skills Experience with Figma for graphic design projects.
Background in e‑commerce, including product image optimization and online marketplace content standards.
Familiarity with the aviation industry or a strong interest in technical/industrial subject matter.
