Job Overview
The Partner Marketing Specialist will support the growth and activation of a defined segment of the iCIMS partner ecosystem. Working closely with the Direct Alliance Director, this role will help bring partner marketing strategies to life through thoughtful nurture campaigns, enablement programs, and co-marketing initiatives designed to move partners to the next phase of their journey with iCIMS.
This role is a great fit for someone with experience in Partner Marketing, B2B and/or customer marketing who enjoys building relationships (both internal and external), executing integrated marketing programs, and contributing to measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities Partner Segment Ownership
Own marketing strategy and execution for a defined segment of the iCIMS partner ecosystem
Serve as the primary marketing point of contact for assigned partners, aligning efforts to partner maturity, goals, and revenue opportunity
Revenue-Aligned Marketing Execution
Partner closely with Partner Team Leadership to support pipeline growth and partner revenue
Translate partner business objectives into scalable marketing programs that drive engagement and progression
Campaign & Nurture Development
Design, execute, and optimize partner nurture campaigns across email, digital, and co-marketing channels
Support partners as they move from early-stage engagement to deeper, revenue-generating collaboration
Partner Enablement & Support
Develop and maintain partner-facing marketing assets, messaging, and playbooks
Enable internal and external partners with the tools, content, and guidance needed to successfully market iCIMS and Partner solutions
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and execution
Provide feedback from partners to inform broader marketing and partner strategy
Measurement & Optimization
Track campaign performance, partner engagement, and funnel impact
Use insights and data to continuously refine partner marketing programs and improve results
Qualifications
2–4+ years of experience in B2B marketing, customer marketing, partner marketing, or a related field
Experience building or supporting nurture campaigns and lifecycle marketing programs
Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms
Strong understanding of how marketing supports revenue and pipeline growth
Ability to manage multiple partners or initiatives simultaneously with strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Preferred
Experience working with technology, SaaS, or ecosystem-based partnerships
Experience supporting sales or alliance teams in a revenue-driven environment

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $100,000-$110,000 annually. Final compensation will be based on factors such as relevant experience, skills, education, internal equity, and market data. This range aligns with our commitment to equitable and transparent compensation practices, as required by applicable law.
