Pay:
$19–$23 per hour (based on experience)

Overview We are looking for a
Skilled or Semi‑Skilled Epoxy Installer
to join our commercial flooring team. This position works hands‑on with
fluid‑applied flooring systems and polished concrete
in a variety of commercial and industrial environments. Ideal candidates have some prior experience in flooring, construction, or coatings and are ready to continue building their skills in epoxy and concrete finishing.
Responsibilities
Assist with the installation of epoxy and other fluid‑applied flooring systems
Support polished concrete preparation and finishing
Surface preparation including grinding, cleaning, patching, and moisture mitigation
Mix and apply materials according to specifications
Operate and maintain tools and equipment safely
Follow job site safety standards and company procedures
Work as part of a crew to meet quality and production goals
Travel to job sites as required
Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in flooring or coatings preferred
Familiarity with epoxy, urethane, MMA, or polished concrete is a plus
Ability to perform physical labor (standing, bending, lifting 50+ lbs)
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
Dependable, punctual, and team‑oriented
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
