Director Finance - Value Realization

The Director, Value Realization Office (VRO) will serve as a critical leader within the Transformation Office, responsible for ensuring that the company’s global transformation delivers measurable business impact by establishing the enterprise-wide framework for value realization, including benefits tracking, financial impact governance, and performance reporting, while partnering with business and functional leaders to drive accountability. In addition, this role will serve as the Finance Leader for the Global Shared Services organization, partnering closely with the GSS Leadership team to provide strong budget ownership, financial stewardship, and investment oversight. **Preferred Qualifications:**
