In this pivotal role, you will lead the technical execution and architecture of an ERP transformation focusing on Oracle Fusion across finance and supply chain sectors. Your expertise will directly impact the scalability and alignment of the solution with business needs, while guiding internal teams and external partners. Your leadership will foster cross-functional collaboration and ensure high‑quality delivery. Over time, you will play a key role in establishing a Center of Excellence for Oracle Fusion, driving long‑term stewardship of the platform.
Accountabilities
Own Solution Delivery for Oracle Fusion: Lead the design, build, and deployment of Oracle Fusion modules across Finance and Supply Chain.
Act as Fusion Platform Authority: Serve as the in‑house expert on Oracle Fusion Cloud.
Validate and Guide Vendor Work: Review and challenge system integrator and Oracle partner designs.
Architect and Deliver Key Integrations: Oversee design of integrations between Oracle Fusion and surrounding systems.
Collaborate with Product Leadership: Partner with functional product managers to translate business requirements into Fusion‑based solutions.
Platform Governance and Configuration Oversight: Define standards for Fusion configuration and module usage.
Drive Solution Quality: Ensure proper testing, documentation, and transition to support for solution components.
Build Toward a Fusion COE: Help define the long‑term delivery model for Oracle Fusion post‑implementation.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree required; advanced degree in Information Systems, Accounting, or Engineering preferred.
10+ years of experience in ERP solution architecture or implementation leadership roles.
5+ years of hands‑on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP (Finance and/or Supply Chain).
Strong knowledge of Fusion data structures, workflows, configurations, and reporting tools.
Proven ability to manage vendors and SIs, ensuring delivery aligns with enterprise needs.
Experience leading cross‑functional projects involving IT, Finance, and Operations stakeholders.
