Junior Sales Representative - German speaker

Job Location: Berlin, DEU (10559), Boulogne, FRA (92100) Contract type: Permanent About the Role

You will drive revenue growth in the DACH market by identifying and converting new leads, engaging prospects through calls and emails using top sales tools, and continuously refining tailored outreach strategies. You’ll also develop SDR skills, collaborate closely with the Sales team for seamless handoffs, and work in strong partnership with international SDRs. Key Responsibilities

Drive company’s revenue on the DACH market

by identifying and converting new leads. Contact potential prospects

by calls and email using the best sales automation tools on the market (LinkedIn Sales Nav, Salesloft …). Define sales approaches

adapted to each type of prospect, test them, iterate them, improve them. Develop & ensure the SDR teams’ skills

for outbound prospecting, qualifying, and opportunity creation. Work closely with the Sales team

to ensure proper alignment on our territory plan, target personas, opportunity quality, and SDR to Account Executive hand-off. Close collaboration

with international SDRs. Requirements

German native speaker and fluent in English. Confirmed experience in Sales (from 6 months to 1 year of professional experience). Hunter at heart, have already done prospecting and love it. Minimum University Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience in selling services & software within ecommerce or tech markets is a plus. Ideal Profile

Strong sales spirit and good interpersonal skills. Positive, proactive, creative, thoughtful and dynamic; take initiative and don’t stay in comfort zone. Skilled at using a variety of sales tools. Good listener and know how to win prospect’s trust through intelligent and convincing recommendations. Team player who enjoys unwavering support of peers.
