Job Description We are seeking an accomplished PR Manager to amplify our brand values and storytelling across product launches, collaborations, and key brand moments. This role will drive innovative press strategies, scale earned media impact, and build meaningful relationships across media and influencer communities to increase brand awareness and affinity.

Qualifications

4–6+ years of experience executing successful public relations campaigns within an agency or in‑house brand

Strong relationships with national, lifestyle, and design‑industry media

Deep understanding of the home, design, and retail landscape

Experience managing influencer partnerships and brand collaborations

Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills

Responsibilities Strategic PR & Campaigns

Monitor the home decor industry and cultural landscape for trends, providing insights and strategic recommendations on emerging talent, influencers, and changes in the media landscape, staying ahead of PR trends and new talent.

Lead press strategies for product launches, collaborations, and key brand moments

Partner cross‑functionally to support integrated marketing plans

Develop clear narratives and messaging aligned with brand goals

Identify timely cultural opportunities to elevate brand visibility

Support in nurturing relationships and managing partnership relations.

Influencer & Talent Partnerships

Architect a modern influencer strategy that moves beyond transactional posts to build authentic brand advocacy that converts including social influencer content.

Manage relationships with influencers across macro to micro tiers as well as key agency partners on all social media platforms.

Develop and execute high‑impact influencer programming in collaboration with internal teams

Source, negotiate, and manage influencer and tastemaker partnerships

Oversee seeding, deliverables, usage rights, timelines, and budgets

Brand Collaborations

Support collaboration concepting and amplification strategies

Execute PR rollout plans for partnership launches

Support in nurturing relationships and managing partnership relations.

Media Relations & Events

Build and maintain relationships with key editors, journalists, tastemakers, and media partners

Drive the creation of all press materials, including press releases, media alerts, new store opening alerts and briefing documents, ensuring tone and structure reflect the brand’s elevated and purposeful voice.

Lead press outreach around product launches, collaborations, and brand milestones to secure impactful media coverage

Plan and execute press events, experiential activations, and virtual programming

Reporting & Operations

Monitor coverage and manage reactive communications

Track KPIs and develop campaign recaps with insights

Manage PR budgets, timelines, and agency partners

The expected starting pay range for this position is $110,000 - $120,000. Applicable pay ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job‑related factors permitted by law. In addition to competitive pay, compensation may include a variety of other components like benefits, paid time off, merit, and bonus opportunities.
