Overview Kavana Decor has grown exponentially in the past few years so we are looking for salespeople in Louisiana and Mississippi to sell our expansive product offering featuring home décor, wall art, accent furniture and lighting designs. 10% Commission – we pay 10% commission on all orders sold at standard price
Proprietary Product Development – Kavana creates a large amount of new proprietary products that are designed in-house to ensure our line is “fresh” and unique in today's marketplace.
Broad Product Selection – we offer over 1500 designs and the product line will grow to over 2000 in 2026
Beautiful Showrooms – in Atlanta, Dallas, High Point, Las Vegas and Los Angeles
Description Kavana Décor sales representatives sell and service a wide range of retail and design stores with a steady flow of new products and proven best sellers. Utilizing our excellent selling tools (e.g. Wiz Commerce, website, Look Books, Catalogs etc.), sales representatives are expected to present and sell Kavana Décor products on a weekly basis while providing a strong customer experience for their customers.
Sales representatives work directly with designers and retailers to generate sales orders in their place of business, via the Kavana Decor website or in one of our outstanding corporate showrooms.
Qualifications
Previous experience selling within the wholesale gift & Home industry
Ability to travel extensively throughout assigned geography servicing existing accounts and opening new quality accounts
Strong organizational skills with proven track record of servicing hundreds of retail and design accounts
Proven results meeting and exceeding sales goals
